2. Principle 原則

   nobapp is committed to complying with Japanese domestic laws and international treaties applicable to Japan, aiming to safeguard personal information. nobappは、日本国の法令および国際条約等を遵守し、個人情報の保護に努めます。

3. Prohibition of Collection of Personal Information 個人情報の収集の禁止

   The app does not collect personal information, nor does it incorporate any third-party software that gathers personal information. 当該アプリは個人情報を収集しません。また、個人情報を収集するいかなるサードパーティ製ソフトウェアも含みません。

4. Access to User Data ユーザーデータへのアクセス

   The app will only access data from your device with your explicit consent, and solely to fulfill the intended purpose of the app. For instance, this may include audio data from the microphone.
   Data acquired by the app will be used exclusively for the intended purpose and promptly discarded after use. Furthermore, this data will not be transmitted externally from the device. 当該アプリは、ユーザーからの明示的な同意を得た場合に限り、アプリの本来の役割を達成するために必要なデータをデバイスから取得します。例えばマイクからの音声データなどがこれに含まれます。
   当該アプリが取得したデータはアプリの本来の目的のためにのみ利用され、利用後は速やかに破棄されます。またこれらのデータがデバイスの外部へ送信されることはありません。
